A Whole Case of Junque Journals

Hi there,

Miriam with you today with one of the book cases and books that I created for the show on Create and Craft.

Putting the bookcase together was super easy.  And it is such a good size

I used my favourite 'blues' to paint it all over, using Buff on the inside.

I then stamped the large stamp from the In The Loop set using a dark blue paint.

Once this was dry I added a one step crackle in random areas and also splatted white ink all over.

I used some gilding wax to finish the bookcase off.

Once the bookcase was complete I put the books together and started to decorate them.

I used the large background stamp in random areas and decorated with a lot of metal and embellishments.

For my signatures I used loads of Gel Press prints, book pages and anything I could get my hands on.

I even created little pockets to store memories.

Each of my books were different but allows me to create in different ways, whether I will be writing memories, doodling or journalling.
